Jaffe Realty represented both the landlord and tenant as the new home to this celebrity’s music studio space. Jaffe Realty relocated the world famous DJ Premier who was based out of Manhattan for 24 years while producing the biggest names in music. As others may refer to him as “Preem”, he continues to make history now operating out of Kaufman.
